BG Group Place was developed by Hines and designed Pickard Chilton Architects. The building is located at 811 Main Street in downtown Houston and is approximately one million rentable square feet and received LEED Silver Certification. A main feature of the facility is a 39th floor sky garden recessed into the building for planted terraces and a revealing crystalline atrium. A comprehensive exterior and interior signage program was developed by D|G including an 1,100 car parking garage.
