D|G Studios provided Programming, Design, Documentation and Contract Administration services for this multi-building corporate campus. One building, a five-story, 125,000 square foot facility, is a multi-tenant building; while the other building is a ten-story, 200,000 square foot corporate headquarters for Gulf State's Toyota. The third building is a Toyota Training facility with a working garage, classrooms, and a presentation rooms. D|G Studios designed a color-coded parking garage system and interior base-building signage program, as well as exterior primary identification monuments and a building branding identification graphics program implemented throughout the campus.
