The Lakes on Post Oak complex is located in the Galleria area of West Houston and is comprised of three Class A office towers, 3040, 3050 and the Bechtel Tower. Originally developed by Hines, the 17 acre complex is meticulously landscaped amongst three lakes, mature bald cypresses and is home to numerous duck and geese species. A complete exterior identity and wayfinding program was developed by D|G Studios and implemented throughout the campus. Interactive touch-screen building directories and an updated building and tenant wayfinding program was also developed to complement the newly renovated building interior architectural palette.
