Houston, Texas
This Tower was originally developed in 1982 for Gulf Oil, and designed by Caudill Rowlett Scott Architects. In the 1980's Chevron acquired Gulf Oil and renamed the Tower Chevron Tower. In the late 1990's, Chevron relocated its Houston headquarters to the Southeast side of downtown Houston facilitating the Tower's re-designation to Fulbright Tower. Occupying a full city block, the Tower features 52 floors of Class A office space, two underground parking levels accommodating approximately 283 vehicles, and a dramatic tow-story lobby atrium. D|G Studios developed a comprehensive Environmental Graphics/Signage system for the Tower, including tenant standards, base building system and exterior identity.
