A new hotel in Georgetown, Texas developed by Hine opened in July 2016. It is operated by Sheraton and is called Sheraton Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center. Along with the 270-key hotel, the site includes a conference center offering the City’s largest ballroom. Services provided by D|G included the design of a comprehensive signage and wayfinding program for the site, hotel and conference center, as well as its amenity areas such as the fitness center, lobby lounge and full service restaurant located on the lower level of the hotel overlooking a scenic greenspace/park.
